About Our Work
The North Dublin Regional Drug & Alcohol Task Force has a very tight governance structure in place. It is led by a Management Committee which is the decision making structure. This is supported by a Governance committee which advises and makes recommendations to the Management Committee on all aspects of corporate, risk, financial and strategic governance.
The Task Force also has a number of other working groups and structures to manage specific work programmes. In keeping with the collaborative ethos of the Task Force each of these is made up of many interagency and community partners that has particular expertise in the area of work.
